I have never been to a baby shower so I have no clue as to what type of games to play.Today my daughter is having a baby shower I have never been to one, what type of games should we play?
One of my favorite baby shower games...



You take baby food jars and number them and take the labels off. Then all of your guests are to guess what each baby food is by looking at the jar. Not opening them. Don't forget to have an answer sheet where you write down the number along with the food. (Hint: It has to be the jar food, the plastic Gerber containers have the name of the food printed on the side of the container).



You could do a word scramble.



Another good one is where you take condiments anything from your fridge and put it into a diaper. Then you number them and have guests smell them and try to identify the condiment. This game can also be played by putting melted mini candy bars in the diapers and by looking at the "poo" the guest guess what type of candy is in the diaper.



Take the baby safety pins and hand one to each guest. Anytime they are caught saying the word baby they have to give the person catching them their pin.



Take index cards and on the back write numbers 1-18. One number per card. Pass one card to each guest. The guest is to write advice to your little one, the number being the age of the child. If you run out of cards just start over add another set of 1-18. At my sisters shower we gave Mom advice for ages 1-5 beings the child wouldn't really understand the advice. This is also makes an awsome keepsake for the baby book!



There is a game like price is right where you take different baby products and have the guest guess the price of each item. At the end we always donate the baby items to the Mommy to be.

if games are going to be a part of the shower, they should already be picked out. maybe something like the food tasting games, or the one where someone walks around the room with a tray full of baby stuff and you have to remember all of the stuff on there to win, there is another where you have a list of animals and you have to come up with the name of that baby animal. um, the one where you cant say the word baby at all during the entire shower. everyone gets a clothes pin and if they get caught saying baby, the person who caught them gets the clothes pin and whoever has the most at the end wins.Today my daughter is having a baby shower I have never been to one, what type of games should we play?
For mine last year we played "who can diaper the baby (doll) with one hand?" and "dress the baby" which was a picture of a baby that was standing and it was on a piece of cardboard stuck to the wall. Pictures of clothing were cut out and you had to stick each clothing on the baby while being blind folded. It was a really funny game, guess the measurment of the momma's belly and The other one was "guess how many saftey pins in the jar" the winners got a prize. Our food consisted of all baby style food (drinks in mini cups, tim bits, tiny hotdog in tiny buns, mini cupcakes etc...You'll have fun trust me.Today my daughter is having a baby shower I have never been to one, what type of games should we play?
in my aunts babyshower we did a guess when the baby will be born game. We also did bingo just like small games. We had a tray with like 20 baby things and everyone got to see it for a minute and then they had to write down everything they remembered. Good Luck!!!!
