I try to entertain my baby but she seems to get bored easily with her toys. What type of games can I play with her to entertain her? If you know of some, please share! Thanks! What type of games can I play with my 5 month old to entertain her?
Ian loved--still loves--household objects..boxes, tv remote, papertowel tube..anything that lights up or makes noises (cell phones are at risk in this house!!) Peek a boo, pat a cake, tickle games--"I'm gonna get you!!" then tickle her or kiss on her :)
My baby Anna loves to hook onto my hip and go through the house with me while I do daily household things like laundry, making lunch, dishes, etc. I tell her everything I do and she really seems interested! She also loves to sit down with a book...especially books that have a rhythm (like a song) like "Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See?"
Practice sitting up (using your Boppy for support) or do some tummy time and get down with her...my baby loves that! What type of games can I play with my 5 month old to entertain her?
Any box. Especially empty boxes. Kids love boxes. The more shapes and sizes, the better. What type of games can I play with my 5 month old to entertain her?
You can play hid n seek
Sounds like my little boy. He'd rather play with a TV remote or lotion bottle than his toys.
Pat-a-cake
Peek-a-boo
My 5 month old loves paper and the TV remote. She enjoys a bit of peek-a-boo and being tickled too.
The tissue box is a big hit too-
