Most games play better on the PS3 as it is more powerful and has better capabilities than the 360. However, a few games, such as CoD, are developed on the xbox, so if CoD is all you will be playing, get it for the xbox. Otherwise, the PS3 is the better machine as it plays all types of games brilliantly (shooters, driving games, RPGs and so on). The xbox only really focuses on call of duty and its exclusives (halo and gears of war).

All ps3 exclusives play better than the xbox. With driving and shooters, I don't see the difference to be honest, I think people only say one is better on the other console cause thats the system they have and love.
