I got GTA 4 for games for windows, and since my family is going to get a mac in the near future, i was wondering if i would be able to play it on there. Can this be done or do you need to get it for Mac or something?Can Games for Windows type games be played on an iMac?
Yes you can with ease.
You can run windows on the iMac (providing it is one of the newer models.) If you have your own copy of Windows, you can install and run it using a program called Boot Camp which is included with the latest Mac operating system. nope. thats why its called Games for WINDOWS. and i dont think they even make it for mac.
