You can try The Typing of the Dead. It's a fairly old remake of House of the Dead, in which the laser gun, is replaced with your keyboard, so you have to type random words to somehow kill the incoming zombies.
This one is not a game, but I find it quite fun. It's fast and easy to learn the touch typing technique...
