At nine weeks it's still early but fetch and teaching him to come to voice and sit stay etc are OK. You wouldn't expect to teach physics to a two year old kid, so let the puppy play run and chase and wrestle. at that age they need the basics of learning how to move.

What types of games should I play with my puppy?I have a dog just like yours, and see like to play with her cat. her cat is a stuff animal. what i do is get her in to the game by putting it in her face and if she trays to bite it, i take it a way. then she is in the game. i trow it and she trays to runs away. small dogs don't like hard toys.( fond that out the hard way.) u can cup your hands and rub them in the dogs face and she will play along. sorry if that dose not help. but all dogs are different. What types of games should I play with my puppy?
peek-a-boo-just playing... fetch,frisbee,
go running, play fight...
run him around alot each day if you can
Try distracting him with a toy or something else he likes. Another idea is to play games that teach him things. Like an example would be to make a bag of popcorn. Put it in a bowl and get his attention. Then say "speak, woof" then eat a piece. Do this 4 or 5 times. Then say "speak, woof" and hold up a piece. If he makes an attempt to speak or even moves his mouth give him the popcorn. If he does nothing eat it. Eventually you can drop the woof and just say speak. Then eventually get rid of the popcorn. Do this for about 5 minutes a day. It is fun and it will teach him.
throwing a ball is good
also you go far and then make him run after you, those two help him do some exercise
ball or "tug awar" "THEY LOV3 IT"
Take him for walks, play ball with him and play tug o war.
