its encoded and a special type of disk so on so forth and what your looking for is called an emulator it makes your computer act like an xbox or whatever but you have to download roms instead of have the game most are for free but there arnt any good emulators for xbox ps2 or gamecube or anything after that cept for the ds and psp so good luck
